Just received a letter stating that my financial aid is dramatically reduced. Instead of the aid paying the tuition in full, it will only pay several thousands. Which is not even half of the total cost. Now begins the struggle to find loans elsewhere.

Welcome to the Real World
The thought of living with 5 strangers is finally starting to make me feel a little uneasy. I already live with 4 people (parents and 2 other siblings) but that's family and it's in a home. Not sure yet but I'll probably be staying in an apartment with 4 small bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and a kitchen. That's cool that the school I'm going to attend have several apartment complexes reserved for just for students. So it's kinda like dorms but WAY better.
Of course I'll have a roommate, that's nothing new. I have a roommate now (lil sis). That's not my main concern. What I'm worried about is will I mesh well with their personalities? My god....how old will they be? Haha, a fuckin' 22 year old living with a bunch of 18 year olds >.<
Makes me feel so old! Are they organized or messy folks? Well, whatever comes my way, I'm sure I'll be able to handle it. Don't really have a choice, lol.
Being an introvert, I think that this will help me open up more. And meet a bunch of new people. I'm getting excited again XD
Open house is this Saturday and I can't wait to go to that. I might be taking photographs and recording videos. If they allow it.

Can't Wait
Yesterday, I went to Chicago to visit the school I plan on attending this spring. I seriously can't wait to go. Like my brother said, "It's a whole different world down there." It was scary and exciting all in one. Just awesome. Turns out that I was too early to do anything yet like scheduling, etc. The counselor gave me kudos on getting things done early as possible though. I have to wait till November to go to open house and orientation. Or January. I forgot which. The bad thing is that everything is early in the morning. My family wants to go with me to orientation and open house to check the school out. I don't mind that at all, I was actually surprised that they wanted to go. The thing is though, they are never on time for anything (except work). Ever. They were late to my brother's wedding a couple of years ago and my brother told them the wrong time on purpose (an earlier time) just so they can make it. That didn't even work. Well, I'll see how that goes.

It hasn't kicked in yet but when it does....
It's gonna suck. My niece is leaving to go to college today. We're really close, pretty much best friends. We hung out almost everyday during the summer. Now that she is leaving, seems like my summer is over. Quite depressing.
Haha, she just came over to say goodbye. And I decided that I'm going with her today since she wants me to come along. Just to help her set up the dorm and hang out for the last time. Well, it's not really the last time but since the distance is almost two hours away, visits will be limited. *sigh* Just the thought of the amount of gas that I have to put back in when I come back.....oh well, I know that it'll be worth it.

I got accepted!
I finally received a letter from my college and I am in!
So excited, I just can't wait to go.
I'm just a little terrified about the cost of attending the school. My gosh, I'm know that I have to take a bunch of loans =[ I think that in the end, it'll all be worth it. This is where I want to go and what I want to do with my life.

Choice #1
Finally graduated from GTC and I'm hoping that I get accepted to the college I applied to. I should apply to University of Arizona but I'm not sure yet.

Back To School!!
Yep, I'm going back to school tomorrow and I'm actually kinda excited about going back. Maybe because I'm only taking one class this semester and its once a week. I would have taken two classes this semester, thats all I need left to graduate and get my degree but no. I had to make one little mistake and get into a car accident and since I don't have insurance, I have to pay out of my pocket. Sucks but life happens when you make plans. That quote is from John Lennon I believe. Not exactly the way I worded it but the point is there.
Now that I think about it, I just might be bored out of my mind in that class. Its pretty much a computer class teaching basic skills. I'm not an expert on these machines but I know enough to get by and I think thats what the class is about. And the book for the class is $100, which is pricey for me. Plus other materials that are needed for that class, not sure what they are until I get there.
